Saturday afternoon we dragged Paris into Warlor's old battlefield, and the stones took it better than expected. Red velvet across the broken arches, candles everywhere, a windmill spinning away in the background and a neon sign glowing over the bar. For two hours the Ruins stopped being a ruin and turned into a cabaret.

You lot did the rest. Corsets, feather fans, top hats, tails, fishnets and canes, feather headdresses in every colour, and a great deal of red. Some of you went full showgirl, some went ringmaster, and a few went with very little at all. All of it worked.

Then came the can-can, and this is the part we will be thinking about for a while.A full kick line right across the floor, men and women side by side, skirts up, feet up, and every single one of you in time. It looked like we had rehearsed it. We had not. Several tracks without a break, nobody dropping out, and right in the middle of it HH kicking away in a dress. Very Moulin Rouge. If you were not there, the photos do not quite explain it, but they come close.

Music ran from vintage jazz and brass through electro swing into the dirtier end of burlesque, and finished loud.

Thank you to everyone who came, dressed up properly, and stayed to the end. Thank you also to whoever kept feeding the tip jars. It all goes straight back into Apotheosis, into the builds and the next ridiculous idea somebody has at two in the morning.

And barely time to catch your breath, because today we go again. HH opens at noon with Foreplay, Nonah takes the stage live at 1PM, and at 2PM the first Formal Affair of the season begins. Yesterday it was feathers and fishnets. Today it is tuxedos and gowns, so dig out the long dress and polish the shoes. See you at the temple.

What used to be a fairly open stretch of sand with a few scattered seats has now become a proper cove beside the cliffs. The sauna is still tucked into the rock where it belongs, but everything around The Cove has been reworked. A hot tub, a fire pit, new seating for groups, loungers, extra planting that makes the space feel cosier without closing it in. There is now a generously sized sofa that seats considerably more than one. Suddenly Stratara has a flirtier side than her reputation suggests.

The idea was never to turn The Cove into a polished luxury spa. It stays relaxed, natural and unmistakably Apotheosis - just more comfortable, more intimate, and much more inviting.

This is part of a wider refresh happening across Apotheosis. Not a reinvention, just some areas finally getting the attention they deserve. Go explore The Cove. The hot tub is warm, the sofa is very comfortable. We have tested it.

This one came from the community! Somebody said the Blessed card felt static, and they were right.

It used to rank offerings by how many votives they had collected. From today it shows them in the order the votives were bestowed - most recently blessed first.

Sorting by count made it a leaderboard, and leaderboards barely move: the same pictures held the top for weeks, and your blessing disappeared into a number. Now every single votive lifts an offering straight to the front. Bestow one and
look - it is sitting at the top because you put it there. The count is still on every tile; it just no longer decides the order.

In case you have never bestowed one: a votive is not a quick fave, it is a dedication. You place one offering under the patronage of one of the twelve gods, with a few words if you like. One per member per week (the week turns on Sunday, SL time), it must be a picture uploaded that same week, and it must not be your own. A blessing is something you give away. And it earns you 200 GoGs.

One week, one blessing. Spend it well.

After a few months away, Down 'n Dirty returned to the Grotto last night - and it picked up exactly where it left off.

The music was slow, warm, inviting. People danced close, hands were wandering.., and as the night went on, several sofas became quietly... or not so quietly... occupied.

That's all we'll say about that.

The night was definitely warm enough to catch Zephyros' attention. The god of free love bestowed his sigil on two people last night. Draw your own conclusions about what was happening in that Grotto.

D'nD is not a regular event. It's not about rushing in and rushing out. It's about slow seduction, shared desire, and seeing where the night takes you. Last night it took quite a few people somewhere very comfortable indeed.
